The Nitecore NL1832 Li-ion battery is an 18650 cell with 3200mAh capacity and 3.7V. The battery is a replacement for the NL188, offering the same specifications.

The NL1832 has several internal safety features, including a pressure relief valve for protection in the event of rapid temperature increase, a microporous barrier to look after internal components and built-in PTC which inhibits high current surges. Externally, the battery is fully covered by a durable metallic wrapper to guard against abrasion with a high strength plastic wrapper to prevent wear and tear. The ends of the 14500 battery have nickel-plated stainless steel protectors which ensures high impact resistance, good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.

Precautions

• Never expose the battery to water or fire
• When charging or using batteries, ensure the positive and negative ends correspond with the positive (+) and negative (-) symbols
• To extend battery life, the battery should be charged every three months when unused for long periods
• Keep out of reach of children
