Description
The Katadyn Be Free 1.0L Water Filtration System allows you to carry and filter fresh water when you are enjoying the great outdoors! Whether you are mountain biking, trekking or setting up basecamp, you don't have to worry about finding clean drinking water.
The Be Free system includes an EZ-Clean Membrane which removes protozoa and bacteria and can filter up to 1000L of water (depending on water quality). It filters up to 2 litres of water per minute and removes bacteria, cysts and sediment with its pore size of 0.1 micron (0.0001 mm).
To clean and maintain the EZ-Clean Membrane, simple fill the flask with water, attach the lid and shake free the debris. Alternatively, remove the filter from the flask and 'swish' in a lake, river or stream.
