The Fenix PD36R V2.0 flashlight has a maximum output of Luminus SFT40 LED and is powered by 1 x 21700 li-ion battery. The torch is rechargeable via a USB-C which supports 18W fast charging.

An upgrade of the popular PD36R, the V2 model offers an improved brightness, beam distance and runtime with reduced charging time. Providing five brightness levels, the torch is ideal for a range of applications including camping, search and rescue, hiking, law enforcement and general home use.

The torch is operated by a dual switch interface – the tail switch turns the light on and off and the side switch cycles through the brightness levels and accesses strobe mode. Built into the side switch is a battery level indicator to ensure you know when it’s time to recharge.

The PD36R V2.0 has thoughtful technological designs in every detail, including:

• Heat dissipation fins at the head of the light to reduce the temperature
• Crenulated bezel for emergency window-breaking use
• Metal side switch to combat high-intensity magnetic interference
• Anti-slip knurling on the body of the torch for comfortable grip
• U-shaped tail cap to prevent accidental activation

Operation:

• Fully press the tail switch to turn the light on and off. Tap and hold the switch for momentary on, release to turn off.
• When on, singe click the side switch to cycle through the modes, in order Turbo>Eco>Med>High.
• When on, press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to enter Strobe mode.
