The Fenix HL18R-T V2.0 headlamp has a maximum output of 800 lumens from the SST25 white LEDs and is powered by an included 1900mAh lithium polymer battery pack. Alternatively, the light is compatible with 3 x AAA batteries (alkaline or NiMH).

When using the li-poly battery pack, the headlamp can be recharged via USB-C. LED power indicators will let you know the charging progress or single click either switch when the light is off and the indicator will show the battery level, lasting for 3 seconds.

In addition to the cool white LED, the HL18R-T V2 also offers warm white and red outputs, making it ideal for a range of applications including running, camping and general everyday use. The cool and warm white modes have their own dedicated switch to turn on and cycle through the brightness levels, allowing for quick and easy operation. A lock switch on the side of the light prevents accidental activation when not in use.

The headband can easily be adjusted with the intuitive dial and features a built-in emergency whistle. The lightweight band can be detached and washed and has a perforated design with reflective detailing for added visibility.

Operation:

• Press and hold the white light switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on white light mode. Single click the switch to cycle through the brightness levels, in order Low>Med>High>Turbo. Press and hold for 0.5 seconds to turn off.
• Press and hold the warm white light switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on warm white light mode. Single click the switch to cycle through the brightness levels, in order Low>Med>High>Turbo. Press and hold for 0.5 seconds to turn off.
• Double click either switch to enter red light mode. Single click either switch to cycle through On>SOS.
