The Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack LEO (9846) has been optimised for use by Police Officers. 5 inch phone/radio/gps pouch on the outside of the pack.

The Maxpedition LEO Jumbo Versipack (9846) has been purpose designed for use by police officers; the design has been based on the feedback of hundreds of US Law Enforcement Officers. However, the versipack is suitable for anyone looking for a compact, spacious and practical bag.

The main compartment can easily be accessed as without a draw string storm cover, getting in and out of it is quicker and easier. The lack of the draw string cover also reduces the chance of items snagging when being removed from the bag. On the side of the Jumbo LEO there is an outside five inch pouch which holds phones, radios and GPS. Inside the pouch there are mesh dividers and elastic loops these help to keep the contents of the versipack organised.

The versipack features a top grab handle for carrying the pack by hand, as well as a waist strap to keep the bag securely in place, ideal for individual, everyday use.

    Cleaning Instructions:
  • Maxpedition's nylon fabric is treated with Teflon for superb water and grime resistance.
  • To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Allow gear to dry naturally.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Do not use detergent or bleach.

I didn't know whether to buy the Jumbo or the smaller Fatboy, but I'm glad I went for the Jumbo L.E.O. Perfect size and very versatile.

Always wanted this version, the many compartments cater for the majority of most portable devices, you can leave your cell phone in the dedicated compartment whilst you freely use Bluetooth as I do,u can have it sitting high on your right quick to access or adjust the shoulder strap to sit lower behind you on your behind, it's slightly thinner nylon but it has more flexibility & not as coarse as the 1050 nylon counterparts, compartments & stash pockets galore, I just love maxpedition.
