Designed primarily to manage the excess webbing that hangs from backpack shoulder straps once they are tightened, the web dominator has a host of extra apllications. Simply install the Web Dominator on the end of a strap, roll / fold it up, and engage the shock (bungee) cord. No longer need you endure long straps flapping around in the wind!
